THE DESIGNER

The Franco-Russian fashion designer Elvina Belloir first discovered the art of fashion design as a young child in her parents' workshops in Moscow. While watching her mother, a stylist and seamstress, she was immediately fascinated by clothing design.

At the age of 16, Elvina moved to Paris to study fashion design and pattern making at the ESMOD school, where she earned a master's degree in Fashion Marketing. From there, Elvina joins the family textile business to set up and manage the new Paris branch.

Being an entrepreneur at heart, she decides to launch her own brand in 2019. A brand that resembles her: modern, creative and committed. Elvina Belloir was born.

The designer draws inspiration from her heritage and roots. Her French and Russian dual cultures influence the style of her creations.

Elvina Belloir aims to offer women capsule collections with versatile and adaptable pieces that combine elegance and durability with virtuosity.

Each piece is made of noble and eco-friendly materials and achieves harmony through the contrast between the sobriety and functionality of rural Soviet clothing and the sensuality of the most iconic Parisian styles of the 1970s.

As part of our environmental commitment, our collections are made from noble, ethical and natural materials to keep our ecological footprint to a minimum.

WHERE DO WE GET OUR MATERIALS FROM

With a constant concern for quality, we select our materials exclusively from European suppliers and ensure their full traceability. We prefer fabrics made in France or Italy, regions renowned for the quality of their fabrics and their know-how.

In line with our commitment to more responsible fashion, we choose natural, environmentally friendly materials with eco-friendly certifications.

We also promote the reuse of materials by creating designs from recycled fabrics or end-of-stock materials sourced from fabric suppliers to minimize our environmental impact.

CREATIONS THAT MAKE SENS

Elvina Belloir's collections come to life in the secrecy of our workshops in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.

With the conviction that fashion must be meaningful and emotional, the designer draws inspiration from her double French-Russian heritage to define the theme and message of each collection.

In a logic of responsible consumption, the models are decidedly polyvalent. Each piece is designed to be easily combined and coordinated to create a fully modular and timeless wardrobe.

WHE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE ?

As a celebration of her origins, Elvina Belloir has chosen to have all her collections made in her family's textile factory, located 250 km from Moscow.

Today, the designer can rely on the unmatched expertise of these skilled seamstresses to bring her creations to life, while adhering to the criteria of excellence upheld by the House. In a nod to the family heritage, it is Elvina's "Mama" who is now in charge of the quality control of the collections, during all the stages of their production.

OUR PACKAGINGS

A fashion purchase must be an exceptional experience, from the discovery of the collections to the reception of the garment. We pay special attention to the quality and aesthetics of our packaging while working to reduce waste. Thus, all Elvina Belloir boxes are mainly made of recycled or FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified cardboard and paper.
This ensures that we can provide you with exceptional service while staying true to our commitments.
